COVID PROTOCOL:

Please shower and wear clean clothes and a clean face mask when coming to your session.

CLOTHING:

Please wear clothing such as a t-shirt and yoga pants or comfortable pants. It is best if I can have unobstructed access to your neck and full range of motion for your arms, legs, and torso. You will be wearing your clothes for the entirety of your Thai Yoga Massage. 

YOUR FIRST TYM SESSION:

When you walk in light music will be playing and a comfortable floor surface will be setup for you to relax on. We will discuss any concerns, specific parts of the body you would like me to address, and the amount of pressure you usually prefer. Depending on your needs for the day you may start seated, lying face up, or lying tummy down. I will take a moment to center myself in relationship to your body and your energy. Then I will move around you supporting and guiding you through your session. At the end, I will leave you to absorb your TYM work for 3-5 minutes then return to guide you back to a seated, wakeful state.
