Group yoga classes can include partner yoga and partner Thai Yoga Massage for restorative interaction togethr. Group yoga classes are designed to build everyone up as individuals as well as a collective whole. Tailored to help you meet your groups’ goals, these classes often include a flowing blend of stretching and strengthening poses along with guided rest and calming techniques.

An Example Group Yoga Class that I currently teach is “Ice Skater Recharge Yoga”

Goals for Ice Skater Recharge Yoga:

  • To help prevent injuries,

  • To safely work on flexibility and muscle balance,

  • To help increase focus,

  • To refresh and replenish energy

Core Content for Ice Skater Recharge Yoga:

  • Sun Salutations to increase muscle balance and flexibility,

  • Warrior poses to stretch and strengthen muscles simultaneously,

  • Balance poses to increase body awareness, muscle control, and focus,

  • Constructive rest techniques to recenter and refresh,

  • Meditation for centering, focus, and relaxation,

  • Constructive Rest Position (CRP),

  • Savasana
